I have received many similar questions throughout my past campaigns. My team and I believe we should provide these questions and answers in case they happen to be your question too. We believe this will help provide voters and supporters a better understanding as to who I am and where I stand regarding a variety of issues affecting our state.
when did you officially start your campaign?
I signed and delivered my declaration to the SOS end of August 2020. I made my official announcement on CRN 1 Digital Talk Radio / Truth-Radio.com with show Host, Jeremy Dayton mid-September 2020.
UPDATE: January 2023 - Declaration has officially sent to the SOS for the 2026.
Where are you originally from?
I was born and raised in Southern California. This is my home. This is the place where I went to school, church, was baptised, enlisted in the military, married, and where I am now raising my children.
When did you serve in the military and in what branch?
I enlisted and swore into the U.S. Navy January 1998 and was honorably discharged January 2003. My Inactive Ready Reserve (IRR) time ended January 2006. (See Bio. page for more information)
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO RUN FOR CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR?
This is not the country I fought for. I see nothing but a cesspool of failed servitude officials, empty promises, sell-out representatives violating their oath of office, and a blatant disregard for the constitution with zero accountability. Governor Gavin Newsom is at the epicenter leading the way with our backwards state legislatures.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE TO BE GOVERNOR?
This question always makes me smile. I must first be a U.S. Citizen, check. Be 18 years of age or older, check. Be a registered voter or qualified to vote for that office, check. Not be a convicted felon, check. It looks like I meet all of the qualifications needed to be Governor! Now I tease, but the point I’m making is that our forefathers knew our government was going to need people with great fortitude and willingness that would maintain their honor, courage, and commitment to do what is Constitutionally right while standing up against the face of tyrannical adversity.
DID YOU GO TO COLLEGE?
Yes. After I was honorably discharged from the military, I immediately used my Montgomery G.I. Bill to pay my way through community college and later graduated from Los Angeles Valley Community College with two Associate Degrees. One in Television Media and Entertainment and the other in Speech Communications.
Are you currently still married?
Yes, happily! I met my wife 12 years ago and have now been married for over 10 years. There’s an old saying, “Behind every good man, there’s a great woman.” When it comes to my wife, that is an understatement.
do you support antifa or blm?
Let me shout this one out…NO!

why not run for a lower office to gain political experience?
This is another question that makes me smile. I did. I ran for Congress for California’s 25th District. I gained an enormous amount of experience and exposure into the emboldened corrupt bureaucracy that plagues our local, state, and federal government. There’s a misperception that one must climb the political ladder to become an experienced politician. But that’s the problem…Politicians! Systemic career politicians are at the core problem with our country. Eventually, all of these career politicians that ‘the people’ mistakenly want, fall prey to the lucre, power, and prestige led by the technocrats and corporatists. I don’t want to be a career politician. You can’t buy me! I will never succumb to threats or fear!
Do you really train in brazilian jiu jitsu, if so what belt are you?
I’m smiling again. Yes, I really do train and continue to do so over the last nearly 16 years. I am now a 2nd degree black belt under StreetSports Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I began my training back at Legends MMA and 10th Planet BJJ in 2006, then later moved to StreetSports BJJ.
do you support the wall?
Yes. I am NOT for open boarders, not just because representatives have a duty to the American people first, but we need to limit human / child sex trafficking, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, and gang infestation. If we can send billions to protect the borders of Ukraine, why are we not doing the same for our American borders? Rhetorical of course. On top of that, as a Navy Aircrewman, I would perform training flight ops. throughout the canyons near the Mexican border and myself and other flight crews would always discover dead bodies. Some were shot, others appeared to have fallen, or were possibly pushed to their death. We would later give the coordinates to Border Patrol so they could retrieve the bodies. If we can eliminate the illegal entry to our country, it will help to save lives on both sides.
Do you or did you support president trump, if so why?
Yes. I supported President Trump. Love him or hate him, he is the only POTUS to have kept nearly all of his campaign promises. His most notable are the fact that he negotiated four historic Middle East peace treaties that none of the past presidents could fulfill. As a veteran, I recognize that fact that he also eased tensions with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. He was also the only president who did not start another endless and pointless war! I do not support President Trump when it comes to his stance on the COVID-19 ‘gene-therapy’ vaccines. His stance is leading me to believe he may also be part of the corruption in our government, but I am still researching the matter and in time, I will let the public know my final conclusion.
should your christian values be separate from your politics?
This one tends to offend people. No! In fact, I believe the reason why our state is getting worse is because government has viciously fought to remove God out of our lives, our politics, prayer from our schools, and has demonized the church. The world has fallen pray to worshiping the creation rather than the creator. And even if I said yes, what most people don’t realize is that the U.S. Constitution harmonizes more so with Christianity than with any other religion. If you remove God, no matter what, something sinister will eventually fill the void.
if you wern’t campaigning for office, what would you be doing?
I would be hanging out and spending all of my time with my children, my wife, being on the mat with my BJJ grappling family, close friends and living a quiet life.
DESPITE THE VIRUS, ARE YOU STILL OUT THERE MEETING AND GREETING?
Yes. If I am asked to attend, I will show up. A lot of my meet and greets have been with people in small groups such as business owners, police officers, veterans, teachers, nurses and various laborers. Many are happy to speak with me and lend their support, but they don’t want photos or videos being displayed all over the internet for fear of retaliation or misrepresentation. I do my best to be considerate of that.

Who is your favorite political commentator?
Hands down, Dan Bongino. I heard about him when he wrote his first book, ‘Life inside the Bubble.’ Believe it or not, I donated to his campaign from California back when he was running in Maryland as a Republican for Congress in 2016. This country needs more Dan’s who know what integrity and self-accountability should look like. I don’t always agree with his stances or opinions, but he threw it all on the line and I respect people who stand their ground and defend freedom and our American sovereignty no matter the cost!
Why choose a slogan “here to offend you” instead of something more patriotic?
Because the truth offends people. We are now living in a day and age where people need safe spaces and want to be called a pronoun. Where being a man is demonized and women sports have been obliterated. A world where children are prayed upon, and pedophilia is normalized. It’s not enough to say you are patriotic. Most people have no idea what that even means. Most people don’t understand the U.S. Constitution, let alone their own state constitution. Their unalienable rights have been charmed away through the exploitation of the contract clause. We need to get back to having more backbone, spine, and a reminder of what it means to go through a school of hard knocks.
